A New Cart for Next-Gen Units
Generac has redesigned its generator transport cart for use with the Next Generation of air-cooled standby generators. The new cart (model 7313) solves a common installation pain point: moving and placing a heavy generator without a crew or extra equipment.
How it works
The cart attaches to the generator's built-in lifting holes. Once secured, the handles give you the leverage to lift the unit off the pallet and roll it into place — a one-person job in most cases. (Grades or the final lift-and-set may still need a second person.)

Safety bump stops that help set the generator down under control and prevent runaway on slopes
Tethered side frames to keep the generator secure in transit
Lower, adjustable handle height for a more comfortable push
Redesigned wheel and bearing system with brass bushings for less sway on uneven ground
Fold-flat frame for easy storage
Compatibility
Works with Guardian and Next Generation air-cooled generators. Not compatible with PowerPact or CorePower series.
